Carolyn King has set up a huge blog candy (over $1000 worth of goodies) for 1 lucky winner.

She is raising money for Alzheimer Disease awareness. You have to make a card and send it to a carer of an Alzheimer patient. I'm sending this one to my sister who cares for our Mum, who is an Alzheimer patient, 24/7 on her own without any help at all.

Lots of companies and private people have donated goods for this candy eg. "Sweet'n Sassy Stamps; Layers of colour; JustRite Stampers, Susan Liles; Lauren Meader.

Have attempted this challenge by Cutie Sunday

Lacing is from "Folia Papers" Raffia- Naturbast "Tannengrün". The "Hi" stamp is from Kolette Hall and the flowers stamp from docrafts.

The plaid, medaillon and cut-out tile are my own.

Sorry the stamps don't show up too well, but hope you like it.

A bit shy of entering this in Ooh-la-la-Creations after seeing the wonderful entries there, but practice makes perfect.

Being new to stamping, I thought I would emboss the hello, but I must've overheated it..... A bit of a catastrophe, but never mind, will enter it anyway for the Cat or Dog challenge at Cute Card Thursday . Looks like being one of those days for card making.
